I’m looking for a larger cabin or lodge to host a 50th birthday party for my husband in August. We are in WV and most of his friends are in Columbus, OH so we are looking at HH for the accommodating location. Most spaces I’ve looked into say no parties or things like that, so I’m kind of lost at where to start. We are not a “rager” kind of family, and our teenaged kids will be there, so we’d love to find somewhere they will have something to do like fish, game, or swim. We want a central place to stay, host our dinner guests, and sleep for the weekend. I’d assume there will be about 20-30 people for the party, but only 6 of us will sleep there. Any recommendations welcome and appreciated!
