Does anyone know why Soaring Cliffs shut down? I bought my husband a fairly pricey gift card in 2018 and he never got to use it.
Hi @Jen_Flinchum thats a great question! I was wondering the same thing! I haven’t heard anything about why they shut down or if they have plans to reopen anytime! If I hear anything I will let you know!

Their webpage says permanently closed. 
I loved their experience, it was a lot of fun! But thanks for keeping an ear out.

I checked an archive of their website and it said they were rebuilding damage in 2019. The last page screenshot was 2020 and their domain looks as though it hasn’t been renewed for this year. Probably that combined with pandemic rules made them shut down. Fortunately they didn’t host email on their domain. I got some contact info from the website if you want to try to contact them and get a refund.
